They incriminated themselves

Reader comment on item: Saudis Import Slaves to America
in response to reader comment: DON'T INCRIMINATE SOMEONE...

Maids are abused more in the US than in Saudi Arabia? Really? Not withstanding the fact that I don't know anyone with a maid, may I ask upon what evidence you base that statement? Regardless of what you expect, this article is not about accusations; it's about simple facts. They incriminated themselves, Yousef. (That is, if you consider slavery to be a crime.)

Yes, we have thousands of illegal immigrants (in addition to thousands of legal immigrants) entering our country every year. They pay smugglers and risk a lot to illegally get into the USA. Do you have the same problem in Saudi Arabia? Thousands risking everything to sneak into your country to live, year after year?

That Indonesian maid was probably one of those witches I've heard about from other Saudis posting on this site, that's how she got through the airport with all those nails in her. Why don't you call the anti-witchcraft unit of the committee for the promotion of virtue and the prevention of vice?

Why didn't this article focus on prostitution? Maybe because it was about a different subject? We're only allowed to write articles about prostitution now? Yousef's rule?

Prominent Egyptian Salafi Shaykh Abi-Ishaq al-Huwayn recently preached that Muslims should conduct jihad raids on infidels and return home with kidnapped slaves. Sheikh Saleh Al-Fawzan, imam of the Prince Mitaeb Mosque in Riyadh, and professor at Imam Mohamed Bin Saud Islamic University, said "Slavery is a part of Islam." Why don't we focus on that (speaking of slavery in our time)?
