Typical of Ignorance

Reader comment on item: Saudis Import Slaves to America
in response to reader comment: Christianity and Nazism

Submitted by csb (United States), Nov 20, 2011 at 12:59

The statements by "Fernando" demonstrate an absolute ignorance of history and the facts. It is an instance where repeating falsehoods often enough make some to adopt them as truth. No one who has read and studied the Nazi party, the history of Germany, or the holocaust (much less the Spanish Inquisition) can blame Christianity. Evil men behave wickedly because they reject the precepts and principles of Christianity and seek to impose their will upon it and justify their actions.
