It seems that Allah is an inconsistent and changeable being but maybe that's only the way he seems to us mortals. The seasons change but the many years pass with an amazing consistency. I think that the reason we are not allowed to make an image of Allah is because HE has as many faces as there are eyes to behold and no one face is the one true face. So like is the way. There are many paths but no one path can suit the needs of all men. Religion is an individual and subjective experience and no two men experience "THAT WHICH IS" in the exact same way. There is no one size fits all religion, there cannot be because we are all different as individuals and each of our perspective experiences are different. The idea of a "SYSTEM" of religion is ridiculous from the outset. The best we can approach is to find common grounds in our human experience of living
