I agree I do not know much about many things but I am familiar with the Koran as it is a pretty small scripture compared to others. Even if I did not know much about the Koran I am still entitled to comment on what little I know of it. Freedom of speech you know.

Whether I endorse something or not is not the question. The Quran e karim has retained this Ayat and therefore it doesn't need to be qualified. if you see contradictions then study it some more.<<

The Koran e karim can get away with anything because it is the created (or is it uncreated) word of Allah the almighty Whose whimsy all must accept. In one ayat He can ask Muslims to tolerate kaffirs and in another to go kill them. However much one studies them Allah contradicting Himself without being aware of the absurd statements He makes is a striking feature of the Koran.

This is a tough blog and people with sensitive religious sentiments should keep away. No religion can claim immunity from close scrutiny. Sorry, if I rubbed you the wrong way.
