Islam is for all; Judaism was for one community alone

Reader comment on item: Why Shariah Must Be Opposed

Submitted by Mohideen Ibramsha (United States), Aug 8, 2009 at 21:18

I do not expect my observations to be accepted by non-Muslims. However I like to inform as we understand God's Command.

Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, was the last Prophet. His Message was sent for all humanity and spirits (Jinn). Islam gives utmost importance to the life after death which is forever. In contrast the current Christianity and Judaism have given primacy to life on earth.

The Holy Quran has superceded the Holy Bible and the Holy Torah. For details please see http://deentech.com/MI_IC_Evidence_that_the_Holy_Quran_supersedes_the_Holy_Torah_and_the_Holy_Bible.aspx

Coming to the incidents discussed in the article. Why did Mr. Zulfikar Ali Khan, who had served non-Halal meat until last year switch to Halal meat this year? I believe the reason is possibly to save the inmates from Swine Flu. Even if he desired to avoid pork, he could have served machine slaughtered chicken and meat instead of Halal meat.

Halal meat contains no residual blood which machine slaughtered meat has residual blood. It is well known that meat by itself is sterile while blood carries disease causing organisms.
