Romans and LiberalsReader comment on item: [The Islamist-Leftist] Allied Menace Submitted by jennfer solis (United States), Jul 8, 2008 at 17:23 Hello Luigi, You bring up some interesting views, as always. Left-wingers are much better with regards to their "game face". Your comparison of Islam invading the West via liberal's mentality to the Roman "door" opening for Christianity is on some levels comparable; however, I WISH that left-wingers were even remotely on par with ancient Rome. Obviously, few political parties in history compare to the stupidity and divorced-from-reality concepts left-wingers come up with (oops, there I go again, "name calling"). I still stand by my comment that the Leftists of today are cowards (who would you want next to your side in battle - a conservative or a liberal) and all scheming aside, at their core is fear- fear of reality. That warm and fuzzy feeling of "helping the world become a better place" is what they live for - because it puts money in their pockets, and because it keeps them from having to face a sometimes ugly truth. Got a question for you - if those countries you mentioned who "need the [Muslim] immigration to maintain their status in the world" were instead to get rid of their welfare-state idiocy (oops, another name-calling) perhaps they would survive - what do you say? I know the tone of this letter comes off as a bit harsh, but I can't mince words when I see what damage the Left has done, and very likely will continue to do, to this country. The VAST majority of their ideology is communistic, socialistic, and antithetical towards the current, as well as the future, greatness of the U.S.A. I'll close by quoting you - a very apt description of liberals - "As long as they can satisfy their every want and need RIGHT NOW that's all that matters." Well said.
