Or are there just not enough "pro 9/11" quotes to choose from?

You need not be an Islamist to find fault with the USA.

Yes, as the Guardian article I linked to indicates,

Stockhausen later insisted that his quotes had been "ripped out of context" and that he had actually said the terrorist attack was "the greatest work of art by Lucifer."

But that was not what he said at the time and I, like most readers, reject that latterly special pleading.

As for your observation that one "need not be an Islamist to find fault with the USA," I do think that was the premise of my article.
