Arab States in general and Nuclear Science..are two things that do not go together. Arab State officials are more interested in the hammer than the grenade. Arab officials are more into Nuclear women in Costa Del Sol and in Marbella Spain. You know the 1001 nights knights.

Egypt's national industry: Mango and Pineaple Juices and 0.0% halal beer with fruits flavor. (please note that all the fruits are imported -some from Israel-and what Egypt does in putting them in cans with label -made in Egypt-. You think this state will go Nuke! come on where is the logic. Let them build some houses for semetries inhabitant first as a step to show national pride, not go after Russia to beg for some help..

S. Arabia national product: American and british oil..it is Arabia product because Arabs live on top of it. In fact the thechno is all Brit and American. I am affraid the rulers after getting drunk may jump in a barrel of enriched uranium..

Morocco is interested in peacefull Nuke tech long time ago and that is not new nor is it an evil.

Algeria is the only Arab state that may potentially have some real stuff going on..

Take all the metioned states, they can not even produce a Katyusha..never mind Shihab..

By the time Arab states will have the technology to make nukes, there will be already an anti nuke product..they are always late in the classroom..

Even in the Psycological Warfare, Iran still wins "for" or Unfortunately..
