Akmadinejad and the hidden Imam

in response to reader comment: Ahmadinejad and the hidden Imam

As for quoting Bible chapter and verse, the quotations and commentary are too numerous to mention. I'd refer you to google "Christian eschatology" or "evangelical Christianity," or consult any searchable online concordance. But most directly, one only has to read the Revelation of John or the Paulian epistles to get a sense of the eschatology.

My larger point is this: To a non-Christian, both Bush's and Akmadinejad's religious beliefs sound absolutely and equally absurd. Both are non-inclusive of non-believers. Both believe that infidels will be kept out of heaven ("no one comes to the the Lord but through me..." ).

Furthermore, both of these men could also sound absolutely and equally dangerous were someone to think that each actually believed these mythological fantasies.
