Ha ha ha ha .....

you avoided answering for your made up formula.... as you would have given me the formula.

All you could do was post one of your fictional accounts of my English. Ha ha ha ha To divert attention.

You made up that formula.... and lied about it. As you have constantly lied.

Once more for a good laugh...... ha ha ha

However, did you realize that if 30% of Arabic speakers cannot read or write at all, this means that 60% of those that can read or write can do so only barely? Educators, as a rule of thumb, double the illiteracy rate to calculate the uneducated rate of less than 4 years of formal education as an estimate.

So are you proud only 10% of Arabic speakers would be considered educated?

Australia, for example, has 99% literacy, and therefore an estimated 2% of the population with less than 4 years of education.

According to this if a country has .... 50% illiteracy.... that is doubled to a 100% - then 100-100= 0

Ha ha ha ... and in you last post you pasted a variation.... that was wrong as well.

Ha ha ha ha ... this just too funny.

You haven't yet provided evidence for your formula.... repeatedly asking. It doesn't work.... and you made it up. There isn't more to say.
