"Wow, it is now 17 times I have had to correct you on a very simple formula."

No it isn't . this in itself is a lie.. else you would have other 16 times at hand. to prove.

You rant and rave..but you cannot cover this embarrassment up.

"IT IS NOT DOUBLE THE LITERACY RATE EQUALS THE EDUCATED RATE ! Again you have shown you do not have the intellectual ability to comprehend a simple formula. Just because you cannot get a formula to work is more a short coming of your intellect, than the formula."

You have invented this formula and it does not WORK.i HAVE NEVER SAID IT IS DOUBLE THE LITERACY RATE.

According to you it is double the illiteracy rate. say the rate is 50%. then times by two would equal to 100.

100-100 would equals ZERO!

It is double the illiteracy rate, so if 50% of the people are illiterate, it is probably true that there is a lot of ignorant people about. I said so many times its a method of estimating. There 13 countries with literacy rates of less than 50% according to Wikkipedia. I assume that for these countries the educational infrastructure would be so under resourced, that another formula would be used. It would be reasonable to assume that if over 50% of a population is illiterate then there is no need to estimate the level of literate but uneducated as there is an obvious failure or non existent education system.

What a LOAD OF GARBAGE TO COVER UP! this is a formula invented by you and it doesn't work.

where Y = A - 100%,

then Y x 2 = Z

A equals the level of literacy, Y equals the levels of illiteracy and Z is the level of literate but uneducated.

So if A= 50%

Then Y= -50

-50*2= -100% of uneducated but literate people.

See ... this is changing of your STORY FROM BEFORE. but even this FAILS!

The formula for estimating is from the UNHCR 54/122. A United Nations literacy decade: education for all the report of the Third Committee (A/54/595) dated 20 January 2000

why don't you copy the formula as it is written that is what i am asking you and that is what I have been asking. Now after lot of asking you give me a name.why couldn't you do that at start.

Now quote me what is written there. or if possible web address for the report?
