I am laughing so hard Amin, I really am. Just to prove to us once again ...you say;

Ha ..... this formulas was and is a lie. And it DOES NOT WORK!

50% literacy rate equals to 0 educated people. Anything less .... negative figures.

Wow, it is now 17 times I have had to correct you on a very simple formula.

IT IS NOT DOUBLE THE LITERACY RATE EQUALS THE EDUCATED RATE ! Again you have shown you do not have the intellectual ability to comprehend a simple formula. Just because you cannot get a formula to work is more a short coming of your intellect, than the formula.

It is double the illiteracy rate, so if 50% of the people are illiterate, it is probably true that there is a lot of ignorant people about. I said so many times its a method of estimating. There 13 countries with literacy rates of less than 50% according to Wikkipedia. I assume that for these countries the educational infrastructure would be so under resourced, that another formula would be used. It would be reasonable to assume that if over 50% of a population is illiterate then there is no need to estimate the level of literate but uneducated as there is an obvious failure or non existent education system.

You have made a total of 26 errors on this simple method of estimating the level of literate but uneducated! Really, does reflect an underlying mental issue? An average 7 year old would be able to follow the basics of the mathematics here, yet repeatedly you have failed to grasp the fundamentals. Truly amazing ! It has taken nearly 1500 words to make you understand a simple equation.

If you double the illiteracy rate, you get an estimate for the rate of literate, but uneducated. Where the definition of literate is less than 4 years of formal education.

That is a very simple concept, yet you have needed 1500 words plus many examples to try and understand, and still you fail? Where did you get your degrees? If you cannot follow a simple formula as a method of ESTIMATING.

where Y = A - 100%,

then Y x 2 = Z

A equals the level of literacy, Y equals the levels of illiteracy and Z is the level of literate but uneducated.

You have said A x 2 = Z, Z x 2 =A Y = Z and 2 x A = Y

Your errors of logic and trans-mutating of the elements are symptomatic of someone who is dyslexic.

How long have you been challenged by mathematics and formulas? I would have to set your level of comprehension of less than a 7 year old.

Now as to wanting my actual source, why did you not just ask for the actual source material as opposed to the gibberish you wrote?

The formula for estimating is from the UNHCR 54/122. A United Nations literacy decade: education for all the report of the Third Committee (A/54/595) dated 20 January 2000

I am wondering, since you have repeatedly called me a liar, and each time I have shown my source, why you have never acknowledged your errors. Are you now going to call the UNHCR a liar too? Or are you struggling with the page numbers?
