Dear Moshe ,

Thanks a lot for your comment.

> Well dear Ianus, here obviously you have been talking about Christianity and Islam, and about what they have done to this Jewish Holy Land after robbing it, wasting it and raping it.<

I am firmly convinced that Israel is the only civilized, free and modern country in the whole primitive and despotic cesspool called the Middle East. And all this miracle has happened approximately during the last six decades thanks to the hard work and great talents and sacrifices of the Jewish people.

The second thing I am firmly convinced about, though, is that modern Israel owes this amazing success to the fact that has been built on quite different principles from the ancient Jewish theocracy that was involved in a constant antagonism and war on all those who contested its validity inside or outside. And with its quite wild Messianic promises it brought the society it absolutely dominated to ruin and expulsion. I doubt Israel would be such a nice and progressive country today if the oppressive ancient theocracy had been restored in 1948 in the form it existed before the Romans finally put an end to its erratic political ambitions in c. A.D. 135.

On a personal note I can tell you that a few Jews I know are all atheists. It makes arguing with them a real plesure while , frankly, arguing with religious people tends to be such a thankless and fruitless job.
