John 14:6 Jesus answered, "I AM the Way and the Truth and the Life. No one comes to the Father except through Me."

John 11:25 Jesus said to her, "I AM the Resurection and the Life. He who believes in Me will live, even though he dies; and whoever lives and believes in Me will never die."

Eternal life can be found in no one other than Jesus (the Christ).

This matter was settled 600 years before mohammad began playing with rocks.

The word 'submit' or its derivitives appear in the Jewish 'OT' just 3 times and in the Christian 'NT' 9 times and only 1 time in the NT does it refer to God (James 4:7). How does a concept (submission) that receives so little attention in the Judeo/Christian holy writ, come to such a position of prominence in an upstart faith that it should actually take it for its name?

May I suggest that submission is not an act of the 'Heart' but of the 'Mind'. Submission, particularly as it relates to islam, is the response of the mind in fear of some present or future action by the feared party. For instance; one might submit to allah in order to escape future suffering at the hands of allah in hell-fire (it is interesting that from a Christian perspective, it is Satan and his minions that dispense suffering in hell-fire), or one may submit to muslem subjugation and pay the extortion tax to escape the threat of future punishment at the hands of your friendly muslem subjugators, or one could resist ...

Syed, I believe you have a good heart and that you truly believe that submission to allah is the answer to all the world's problems, I simply do not agree with that position. If you are willing, I would like to match the teachings of Jesus to the teachings of mohammad. To start out, Jesus gave specific instructions as to how to spread the Faith: Matthew 28:18 - 20 Then Jesus came to them and said, "All authority in heaven and earth has been given to Me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the Name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age."

Oh, and if anyone rejects your invitation, then call on god, pick up your swords and cut off their heads. NO, NO, NO, I'm sorry, I just threw that last part in for a little lighthearted humor.

Please respond with a cited surah from the quran that expresses how mohammad would have islam spread. Thank you and may the true and living God enlighten you.
