Mafool Mutal - is a Masdar (roughly equivalent to infinitive - also used as gerund, adverbial, as a passive or active participle) in the Accusative case, mentioned after the verb or similar to verb, of its word and it substantiates it. Example...

There you go.

Oh and considering you have not been able to come up with a grammar book for your so called mistake. One that shows its a mistake - and not just figmante of your imagination.

Neither have you been able to come up with a Western Scholar that agrees with you.

Anyone so interested - There are extremely popular modern Standard Arabic book published by George Town, Princeton called "Elementary Modern Arabic" - though now updated. They are taught by most unis to undergrads. You can look up - how mafool mutalq is used in Modern Standard Arabic.

And for the Classical - look up a book called "Ajromiyyah" - a popular text. A version translated by Hamza Yusuf is available online.
