Decent dress

The Islamic requirement is for modesty and decent dress.The scarf is only part of the requirement

to cover , not to uncover.The scarf can't be a religious symbol,because not wearing one doesnt make

the muslim woman non-muslim. Likewise the non-muslim wearing a scarf ,does not become muslim.
