Hijab Has a Purpose

I'm a 21 year old Muslim lady who just started wearing the hijab recently after fully researching and analyzing the benefits of this divine instruction. I must say that I am now able to experience the true feeling of liberation and genuine respect from others once i started to wear the hijab. I'm no longer prone to the lustful looks of bad men. Rather I'm looked upon as a pious and a modest lady.

Nobody here seems to comprehend the real reason for why muslim women are instructed to wear the hijab. It shows your muslim idendity in public as well as recognize you as a woman who wants to praotect her chastity. I'm sure there is no one who has come out of hijab once she has decided to go for it. It makes people like and respect you for your personal qualities and characteristics and not adore you for your looks or simply see you as a sexual object. You will no longer be prey to the irresponsible and the immoral men. As you cover yourself in your garments and take part in the activities of this world, it shows a face of someone who is always trying to please the Most Merciful Creator, whose behaviour is pious and demands respect, whose words are kind and wise, and shows the face of calmness and tranquility who knows what this earthly life is all about and where she is heading to.

May Allah the Almighty guide us all to the right path. (Ameen)

P.S. : Its a request to the non-muslims. Do not judge Islam without really learning about it or understanding it truly. Its logics are clearly simple, understandable and compatible with the human life. It will make sense only if you learn about it.
