You said, "I have no doubt also that he will deal with foreign countries, France, Israel, Egypt, Russia, wherever; prioritizing and protecting US interests, evenhandedly, and in accordance with the values espoused in our great Constitution."

Obama said, "...the Constitution reflects the fatal flaw of this country that has continued to this day."

So, what is this saying that you don't understand?? That is, "... in accordance with the values espoused in our great Constitution."
