in response to reader comment: Conflict of Truth: Freedom of Speech and Religion as Tools Against Liberty

Thank you M. Tovey. What makes the American democracy so great are indeed freedom of speech and freedom of religion, and I hope it will never change.

However, freedom of speech has limits (eg: yelling fire in a crowded movie theater). So the way I see it, Mosques must be bugged and any imam (like the French do) who calls for war and jihad, the Americans can put him on the next flight to the Muslim place of his choice. America also has great vicarious liability laws and it is time to use such laws against any Muslim citizen that can call for holy war. And maybe this will make Muslims think twice before calling for hijad.

I also hope that INS will review the applications of any Muslim who breaks US laws and deport them if they have lied, which happens very often, in their applications for green cards or citizenship and deport them as in the case of the imam in Ohio.

America should also limit the immigration of Muslim imams and tablighees and stop them from working in correctional facilities

As for Muslims suing those that dare criticize the likes of CAIR or report to the authorities bizarre behaviour by Muslims as in the case of the flying Imams, the answer here is the process of discovery and to make Muslims very aware that such a process exists.
