Missing The Boat!

Reader comment on item: Islamists in the Courtroom
in response to reader comment: Why are we letting Islamists drop the lawsuit?

Submitted by Mo Peete (United States), Jun 5, 2007 at 16:44

We are missing the main point here....The lawsuit was filed because anti-terror organizations discovered terror links and were trying to correctly stop the mosque project. So now that the lawsuit is dropped, guess what else is dropped- the anti-terror attempts to stop the project. This is not a win for the anti-terror side of the fight. To the contrary. It's a deal with the devil. The anti-terror side are not only backing down from a win, they are letting yet another zenophopic, terror-supporting nest get established. The US is more like Israel every day. Snatch a loss from the mouth of victory.
