I think it was Allah's blessing and calling for me to join the ARMED FORCES. I joined the military during the same time 911 took place. From then on i knew that maybe i joined not by choice but Allah's will... to help make a difference. After joining wildly enough i was surprised how many muslim brothers and sisters in the military from all races black, white, asian, hispanic, arab etc. Many who were from different parts of the world.

I have had muslims from LT. Col, SMG,1SG,SSG,SGT AND LOWER ENLISTED SOLIDERS. There are a lot of muslims in the military and we understand the Koran and the military and the laws in which we stand. Which many of these laws come from what the Koran teaches.

In America's Army, We are looked upon as the world defenders, We fight for peace and free men for what man can see. And that's what i want for my muslim brothers and sisters in those islamic countries that are run by the taliban and people like sadam. But sometimes i feel alittle frustrated about situations and wonder will man ever get it right and who are we to judge.
