So here is what al-Qurtubi says

أَيْ الْوَاحِد

So he is saying that Ahad: Or al-Wahid

He is fixing this poor Arabic

But here is the real surprise then he says

وَأَصْل " أَحَد " : وَحَد ; قُلِبَتْ الْوَاو هَمْزَة

The poor man is trying to explain this disaster by telling us that: The origin of the word Ahad (is) WAHAD

Or he tell us that the real Qur'nic text must be; Replace the letter hamza by a waw!

What a disaster he knew that the word ahad is really a mistake as it means one of so he is saying that he can edit the Quranic text and replace the hamza with a waw et voila we have the solution

This one is beyond your poor education so take it to your Mullah if he knows Arabic

And more evidence that the Qur'an is an edited and corrupted book
