I have not seen the videos. Are you actually saying that a grown man - a representative (self-appointed or otherwise) of the muslim cult - still contends that it is quite OK for people in the 21st century to be paying a standover tax to muslims? I would have put such a tax ever being proposed in the realm of buraks and djinns etc - i.e. the sheer unadulterated fantasy of cretins.

If it is so - and such a 'tax' was being posited - did he explain what the tax was for and how it was meant to benefit the payee? I hope Mr. Spencer pointed out then that it would be as valid as muslims being taxed extra in their non-muslim host countries. That would be more than fair - as at least when they live in the West they do actually do get the benefit of the freedoms we all take for granted. Plus better food, health care, legal system, educational facilities, social security etc etc etc and culture in general.

There's no end to ignorance is there?
