This is not true. The Qur'an was more likely than not canonized 250-300 years after the death of Muhammad (during the Muslim masora which can be dated to 250-300 years after the death of Muhammad). There is no extant complete copy of the Qur'an than can be dated before the 10th century and I challenge anyone to prove me wrong
