Reader comment on item: How Many Muslims in the United States?

Submitted by steve (United States), Dec 25, 2006 at 02:19

As I understand it, we are continuing to let at least one to two hundred thousand immigrants in per year from Muslim countries. And there is a major Muslim presence now in nearly every major U.S. city. I see women with head coverings EVERY TIME I go out in Columbus, Ohio. This was not true before 9/11. MIchigan has nearly HALF A MILLION Arab-Americans. We are going to have to drastically reduce Muslim immigration, or we are in trouble. So, yes, it's nice that the numbers have been exaggerated, but the numbers will one day be way beyond the Islamists' wildest fantasies.
