Is antichrist a reality or a joke?Reader comment on item: How Many Muslims in the United States? Submitted by Mohammed (United States), Mar 4, 2008 at 21:52 As regarding Greece I notice that you have put many false statements according not to me but to BBC, go to http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/europe/3104893.stm Though I still find the Greek people very open-minded regarding human rights regardless of religion, and am impressed of their respect to other religions, unlike most northern Europeans and most Americans. As for religious tolerance, Europeans are the last to talk about it. check Europe's history from Crussador wars. which are the religious wars against muslims, passing through the massacures of muslims and jews in Spain after the fall of Granada, and the massacures of native Americans under the name of Jesus Christ, and the Holocaust of the Jews by the Christian Nazis in Germany. However, perhaps the most cretical issue is the position Christianity takes from a whole nation, just based on ethnic background, according to christian scripts, the future "antichrist" will be middle-eastern from the surroundings of Israel, i.e. an Arab. that is it prejudges a nation for a crime that never happened. just like taking a man to the court to punish him for a crime that they expect him to do it after 25 years!! I do not know how Europeans see this issue, but this funny belief called Armgeddon and antichrist are strongly believed in the United States, and probably the owner of this website Mr. Pipes has made this website just based on that belief. The war in Iraq where a million lives were lost, was actually an extension of this belief. this belief has even gone so far that they are now putting candidates, guess who is the next candidate? take a look at http://armageddoncocktailhour.wordpress.com/2006/09/21/know-your-antichrist-candidates-abdullah-ii-of-jordan/ I do not want to defend the Saudi regime nor creticise other countries, but the point is that before you criticise others, please take a look at your side.
