What is a "moslem speaking country"?

Reader comment on item: How Many Muslims in the United States?

Uh what exactly is a "moslem speaking country"? Moslem, which is actually spelled Muslim, is the name of a person who follows Islam. It is not a language! Now Arabic...THAT is a language! There are many Arabic speaking countries where all the people are not Muslim. In fact where most of the people are not Muslim. Just as there are non-Arabic speaking countries where some of the people living there are Muslim. So I ask again, what exactly is a "moslem speaking country"? Please, the next time you wish to make a disrespectful statement about anyone or any group of people, make sure that you are not completely IGNORANT about those people or the situation. It will make for a much better insult.
