Iraqi Constitutional pre "Amble"Reader comment on item: How Terrorism Obstructs Radical Islam Submitted by donevan (United States), Aug 26, 2005 at 16:44 Greetings all,USA Today has the preamble to the Iraqi Constitution published on the front page. This bit of verbage is an exercise in ignorance. Pre "Amble" is the operative word. Such clap trap as "..Servants of the prophet"... etc, etc. This is not a serious attempt to establish a nation. This is an absurd exercise of a society stuck in the 7th century. If the US ends up with an Islamic state in Iraq, then it truly was a failed effort and the Republicans can kiss the 06 elections good bye.
