You are both wrong. The stimulus bill is the result of an utterly incompetant Congress. I blame everything that is wrong with the economy and health care on the idiots we elect to Congress and are supposed to trust but can not. Congress is the biggest group of idiots in the world, with the exception of a few strong and morally sound individuals.
