Reader comment on item: Solving the "Palestinian Problem"
in response to reader comment: reply to the grand infidel

Keith Williams response to the question 'which bits of the Bible suit you?', (http://www.danielpipes.org/comments/147614) , writes:

"The bits that coincide with al-qur'an. "

For those not familiar with the subject, The Book of Revelations is taken to be a book of many specific prophesies by Christians to do with the 'Last Days' . It was ostensibly written by John , an early follower of Christ between 60 and 90AD. For argument's sake, we allow the possibility that at some level time and space are is irrelevant and the future has already happened. We also allow that some people have been able to tap into a level of consciousness that enabled them to see future events. Having no cultural paradigm for what he/she sees, they write it down in terms of their understanding of their current world. A 'prophecy' is born.

If we conjecture that this is the time period referred to in that book , which is one possibility - if these prophecies do occur - but do not coincide with what is in the Koran - which would you (Keith W) then choose to accept - the unfolding reality or the Koran?
