I have the same exact fears

Charles, I have the same exact fears you have about President Bush. Alternative 1 you give is most likely not true, although most of the Left in this country would say it is true. Alternative 2 is what we all would hope for, but unfortunately, if you pay attention to the fine print in international politics, you would realize it's a long shot. The most likely truth is that Alternative 3 is closer to what is actually happening.

I believe Bush wants to protect the country as best he can, as long as he keeps the Saudis happy when it comes to Oil. Why in the heck would the U.S. fund and supply with weapons a country that breeds such a radical version of Islam known as wahhabism, producing terrorists who want to kill all infidels? The ONLY answer is OIL! It is sad, but I'm afraid it's true.

Now, what we all REALLY should be discussing is the fact that the day will come when it will be the CITIZEN defending himself, not the GOVERNMENT defending the citizen. And I believe that will happen by the year 2020. What I'm refering to is there will be, at least to a substantial degree or level, Sharia Law in this country. We already have witnessed a Congressman take his oath on the Koran, not the Bible. God is giving us sign daily, yet the average person is blind to the signs.

I could go on and on about my faith, but this is not the place to do it. I will say this. What are the odds that a tiny state the size of Israel, could possibly defeat Middle East states that tower its size, ganging up on tiny Israel, repeatedly? They did it in 1948 and again in 1967, and have managed to exist ever since, although violence has dramatically increased in the last 17 years or so.

If you actually read God's word and understand it through his grace, you will know that the events happening in the Middle East today and all over the earth, were prophesied as long as 3,000 years ago and on through the Revelation that John received through his vision of Jesus. The suffering times we will face in the coming years are inevitable.
