in response to reader comment: "Rules of Jihad" - a good Islamic reason why women must be killed during jihad. They cook food for their husbands who fight Allah.

Actually that last verse you wrote is a poor translation. Amongst scholars and linguists there has been a lot of debate over that verse. The word used for friend is normally used to mean "protector" or "guardian" within that context. Otherwise my Muslim friends are most definitely violating that aya. lol

As for the rest of your historical revisions, thats a pretty huge assumption to base everything bad those cultures did on Islam and everything good on the religions before them. I'm sure if I looked at each of those histories that I would find ton of bloody history in their Pre-Islamic pasts. Also what explains the Serbs? They were pretty damn blood thristy as well. How about the Nazis? Secret Muslims?

By the way, the real brutality in the Chechen conflict didn't begin until Wahhabi mujahadin started flooding into Chechnya. When Chechnya had its own government with moderate Muslim leaders, it was quickly overthrown by armed Wahhabi Chechen warlords. The Saudis poured hundreds of millions of dollars into Chechnya. Also you overlook the fact that the major player of that region, Russia, has always been incredibly savage and brutal in its Balkan wars.

At any rate, again, what is your solution to the mohammadan problem? You mentioned humiliating them into servitude. Is that all? Then they'll all be happy moderate Muslims who we can hug and trust and be BFF (Best Friends Forever) with?

Do you not think its even worth trying encourage moderate and tolerant interpretations of their religion?
Check out stuff on the Fetullah Gulen movement and see what you think.
