Where is your extant evidence that Abul Qasim indeed sent "emissaries" to the city of Tabuk?

And yes we have all the extant evidence of the period collected by Hoyland in his "Survey"

Your claim here is bogus

And why did the Arabs invade the Middle East that was neither Arab nor Muslim?
