Reader comment on item: Trump: You Should Ban Islamists, Not Muslims

Submitted by Lynn (United States), Mar 14, 2016 at 09:12

Isn't Islam emulating Judaism where religion is life and cannot be separated from any aspect of it. The whole identity of Israel is Judaism and if that is wrong then what are we defending? Freedom of religion does not mean freedom from religion yet at the same time if a religion's truth and belief is to wipe a people from the earth unless they submit to their religion (Islam) even the peaceful believers are subject to supporting it's creed.

A country that denies a truth so it can wear the mantle of secularism is promoting the untruth that that all religions are equal. They are not and Islam proves itself as so and even the religion of secularism is it's enemy. In Judaism to leave is to choose, in Islam to leave is not a choice unless it is protected by a religion of choice.

Western secular governments have been unable to defend themselves from Islam's ability to isolate itself from society by demanding their laws govern their streets. It's odd that Allah is the God secularism fears while the God that planted his foot on the tiny nation of Israel is the one they despise constantly straining at it knowing that their will be no peace upon Allah until there is not on Jew left who is not under it's thumb.
