Time is running out for Muslims

in response to reader comment: Misunderstanding of Islam by secularists

Philip, I think I catch your drift; that Islam is slowly winning, especially since the Western Democratic people are so clueless, superficial, materialistic, complacent, very divided, even defending Muslims AND Islam. Therefore it seems Muslims, Islam, have time on their side and just have to wait it out.

So Muslims think they can conquer the West at their leisure, in a steady advance. They calculate they have more babies, their percentage of population in Western countries is steadily rising, also due to (il)legal immigration and that they are slowly winning.

But ... there is now inexorable exponential technological progress afoot. Muslims might consider that somehow some "third party" is going to snatch victory, dominion over mankind, from them. In the worst case, there might be artificial intelligence robots taking over.

In better case there might well be "transhumans" in the future, hybrids between humans and technological devices. Those might be sweeping Islamic resistance out of the way with their superior abilities. They even may be sneering at Muslims; look, you believe in an endtime-philosophy, but your kind of end-time never occurred in 1400 years, your time is over.

Yes, some "third party" connected to incredibly advanced technology might sweep Islam away, and soon. So no, Muslims, don't count on the long run, but make a deal with Democratic forces while you still can.
