I enjoyed reading your article from 2003. The questions you posed, to be asked of incoming visitors to our country, are a good start. I imagine that Israel used such an approach in order to weed out trouble, but such an approach is unworkable for us in America due to the large number of visa applications, as well as the short number of trained screeners in our employ.

In the interim, perhaps a total ban on visits from Islamic Arab nations - which would be all of the Arab nations - would be in order, since most terrorist acts are committed by Islamic terrorists, most of whom hail from Arab nations. One should fish where the fish are.
