Sharia is a "Law" like the Mafia is a "Business!"

Reader comment on item: Trump: You Should Ban Islamists, Not Muslims
in response to reader comment: I've been pushing that the idxeology of Sharia is the problem - not the religion of Islam

Islam's Qur'an is the the rationalized set of victim-blaming excuses Muhammad the bandit-king made up for his own criminal behaviour.

The hadiths are later embellishments on the Qur'an's (often incomplete, and basically backwards and irrational) excuses.

Sharia crime ("law") is a set of criminal rules further based on the Qur'an and hadiths.

"Sharia" is just the (criminal, us-versus-them and group-might-makes-right) principles culled from the Qur'an, and codified and enshrined in a (criminal) "legal" system.

'Sharia' is nothing more or less the compiled detailed lists of procedural regulations listing the who, what, when, where, and how of islam's "why!" (Because God Said So, That's Why!).

Sharia is islam, and islam is sharia. To ban it one must ban islam. Of course, that *should* be easy, since everything muslims pretend to believe is holy is already a crime!

Sharia even only forbids "theft" because theft is sneaky and doesn't let islam's main "might makes right!" principle operate. Sharia doesn't forbid robbery extortion duress or kidnapping (slavery) or rape. Families are allowed to "abort" (murder) their offspring to any age, even old age. Basic murder is a civil matter - those without any family to sue on their behalf can be murdered with impunity.

Divorce and inheritance favor males alone. Male muslims have standing in court; women have less and infidels have none.

Sharia is simply all the whos, whats, whens, wheres whys and hows of implementing the subjective us-versus-them double standards of islam and the Qur'an itself. None of it embraces objective equality.
