Yeah, when did the US constitution cover non--US citizens? If the non-citizens live in the US they are covered bt not if they live outside! I am no "constitution scholar" like our POS but this opinion seems to be quite rational. When a nation follows liberal PC doctrine than everything becomes rational(ony the liberal positions)
