Against principles

Reader comment on item: The Enemy Within [and the Need for Profiling]

Submitted by Kyle Gosnell (United States), Jan 28, 2003 at 04:06

I find it hard to believe the general Muslem world would tolerate any of these terrorist organizations, for very clear reasons.
To lie is not permitted.
To steal is not permitted.
To target innocents is not permitted
To deal in illegal drugs is not permitted,
To use slavery is no longer permitted.
To do these things would violate the basic moral setup, no matter if the opponent is non-Muslem or not, they are a code of behavior for the whole people.

I guess the most important point is the strange permissiveness of the average Muslem, or, are they afraid to protest? Don't they understand, these same liars, thieves etc, will be in power should they win anything?

Very strange turn of events.
