No, quite to the contrary, your response was not an empiracle generalization. Empirical Generalizations do not rely on OPINION. Empirical Generalizations are products of research using the scientific method. This involves the application of theory, hypothesis, data gathering, empiracal testing, and statistical analysis.

Your article is an opinion piece. Of course if you would like to show me your layout of quantitative methods, your sample and your data results i would change my opinion.
