York University asymptomatic of Canadian apathy

Reader comment on item: The Enemy Within [and the Need for Profiling]

Here in Canada, we are lied to on a daily basis, through school, television, etc. Canada let in over 2 million immigrants - most from the mid and near east - between 1991 and 2000. That is a lot in a country of only 30 million!

We are constantly assaulted with liberal/social claptrap about multiculturalism, etc. I am one of few people I know who rejects this ideology. Often, I'm forced to defend the US at work... and these are usually the most educated people.

Canadians are quite adept at pointing out problems with the US, but pretty much unwilling to do so with their own country. Militant Islam is festering here like a cancer: A simple trip to Wal-Mart in most major centres will make you feel like you are in Saudi Arabia! The sad part is that multi-culturalism doesn't even TRY to get people to ADAPT. It encourages little enclaves of Militant Islam all over the place.

One area, east of Toronto, actually got government funding to set up its own government. Now they have $$ for schools, roads, etc. And not a single non-Muslim knows a single thing what is going on in there.

I suggest everyone e-mail the Board of Governors of York University and tell them what you think. That's what I'm about to do.

Militant Islam is pure evil, a political system based on hatred, cult-like fanaticism, and the denigration of others. It must be stopped, like the vile communists (who now support it) and the facists before it.

Good luck to us all, I think we will need it in the years to come.
