Only Israeli citizens can understand !

Daniel Pipes wrote : " Yoram Schweitzer wants me not to judge decisions made by the Israeli government."

Daniel Pipes is talking about Yoram Schweitzer, the eminent counterterrorism. expert at Tel Aviv University.

But why to forbid Daniel Pipes to juge decisions made by the Israeli government ?

Daniel Pipes is an American citizen living in the United States and Yoram Schweitzer is an Israeli citizen living in Israel.;

Daniel Pipes criticized the Israeli government for its exchange with Hizbullah (about "Samir Kuntar and the Last Laugh" ( the Jerusalem Post, July 21) . HOW DARE HE ?

And Yoram Schweitzer said to Jerusalem Post readers that the " contents and tone of this analysis are "patroniing and insulting" !!!!
He also criticized Daniel Pipes for offering an opinion on Israeli issues from his "SECURE HAVEN THOUSAND OF MILES AWAY "

CRITICIZING iSRAEL IS NOT ALLOWED .."..unless a person lives in Israel, pays its taxes, puts himself at risk in its streets, and has children in its armed forces ."

In others words, judgement about decisions made by the Israeli government...reserved to Israeli citizens ?!

I protest the concept of "priviliged information" , (reserved to Israeli citizens living in Israel.... even if the writer is Daniel Pipes !!!!

Tell me I'm not imagining this racist reaction , this stupid reaction.
