Reader comment on item: May an American Comment on Israel?

Dear Friend, You are exactly right. And this is not to minimize the heart wrenching decisions that the Israeli Gov't has to make every day of their lives. But to exchange murderous terrorists for Two dead corpses, I can imagine the soldiers reariing up and saying go on living and secure your homeland that is bounded by the Highest Covenant whereupon the Lord God said it was written, "whosoever divides MY LAND shall be cursed."-

Not only this, but it showed 'weakness" and weakness invites trouble! We all feel that pain, but notably in the past it has been that Israel stands strong and prepared even if it meant saying no to the exchange! Because of this strength and courage, Isarel has remained the envy of the world.

Since 1948, they took a desert and made it bloom and it glorified God's promise. And God keeps His promises!! The decision was made and I don't wish to dwell on it. The only good that will come of it is if these same terrorists strike again and they will I can asssure you at some point in time, that they get a second chance to get it right or either are killed in battle...for good! Let the dead go and the live ..."live on." God's presence be made known to Israel and especially to those who have forgotten the Lord God and have "fallen away."
