If Israel kills Kuntar, as there have been suggestions, then Israel has that last laugh. But a larger war will happen in the next 6 months. Israel will be hurt as hezbullah will use gas and chemical WMD and hezbullah will no longer exist after Israel is done with them - unless there is a Kadima tyoe gov't in power.. After that no one will be laughing but Israel will have removed one of its four mortal enemies- the others being Iran, Syria and Hamas. It reminds to be seen if the PLO and its terrorists add a fifth one. That reality is closer to probable as palestinians in general are dedicated to israel's destruction..
