Finding consolation with old movies

It is hard to see the good side of the Kuntar exchange, though Mr Pipes managed to offer consoling arguments. My only hope is that we are watching one of those films (Peckinpah´s Straw Dogs comes to mind) where the hero (a quiet, smart but shy Dustin Hoffman) takes a lot of abuse from man-shaped animals until he is mad as hell and cannot take it anymore (think Network´s Howard Beale). Maybe some day Israel will decide enough is enough and send political correctness and diplomatic niceties to hell and finally act like a country defending itself against murderers. To paraphrase Simon Wiesenthal, a Jew can get beaten all the time, but it is not obligatory.
