Dr. Pipes focus on Middle Eastern problems is going to waste ...

I think Mr. Pipes eloquence, brilliance, and strong education is far more needed in the domestic theater. As important as the Middle East, Islam, and all the rest is, our country no longer has an objective citizen base with which to deal with foreign affairs.

We need an awakening call focused directly on the few western news medias that will still print the truth of politics within our own culture.

The truth is, nowhere near enough people here care anymore. We are ruled by a Liberal government that is increasingly bypassing the law of the land towards absolute power at any cost. I think it is time for a re-direct of focus on getting this citizenry out of their play lands and fantasy trips of self-indulgence before we lose everything that can be indulged in.

Dr. Pipes can throw together one mean think tank, but I think it is being wasted in the wrong arena. America is largely a nation of air heads who haven't the capacity to concentrate on the lethal dangers at home let alone abroad.
