Sharon's policies between 2001-2003

I disagree with one small detail in this otherwise excellent article. PM Sharon's policies during the second intifada were not consistently tough, even during 2001-2003. After the Dolphinarium suicide bombing on June 1, 2001, PM Sharon decided to give the policy of "restraint" a try. ( I recall that German FM Fisher was in town and might have had an influence on this decision). The real decision point to crush the intifada only happened when Operation Defensive Shield was launched on March 29, 2002 - right after the Passover Park Hotel massacre and at the tail end of those two bloodiest months of terror which claimed hundreds of Israeli civilian lives.
