cultural racism - cultural protectionism

Greetings Havas, when you say "racizm is the illness of western people" this by itself sounds racist. I would go even further and say that I have reason to believe that racism is part of human nature. One could add it to human rights, everyone has a right to have racists thoughts. What you call cultural racism I would call "cultural protectionism". Simply ensuring the integrity of one's culture against other influences. Maybe every culture even has that right. I think I speak for the Swiss that they only want ot keep Switzerland "looking swiss". I would even speak out

As for the limitations of referendums let me clarify that human rights are the rights of individuals, not groups. The original idea of human rights is that every man is born with them, they constitute him/her as a human being. That idea has nothing to do with laws really. There is certainly no human right that every man is born with the wish to build a minaret.
