The Solution to the guerilla warfare America & her Allies face in Iraq today is simple:

1. Cut Off All Oil Buys From The Middle East & Substitute Ethanol, Bio-Diesel, and Alernative Energy and Mandate Production Of Hybrid and Alternative Fueled Vehicles. By Cutting Off The Source Of Their Funds For War All Middle-East Oil Producers Will Go Into Survival Mode Or Face Rebellions Internally!

2. Lock-Down Iran With Martial Law No Movement Without U.S. Military Approval And Impose Bio-Metric Identification Cards On All Persons In Iraq!

3. Transfer Power To United Nation Control With U.S. Support .

4. When Successful Do The Same In Afghanistan!
