the WOT ends with Iraq? Re: "The President Replies..."

Reader comment on item: In Iraq, Stay the Course - but Change It

Thanks for the Bush quote; it's been bothering me since I heard it on TV. Implicit in what he said is that the military actions in Afghanistan and Iraq ARE the WOT; there is no more--"sorry folks, if we get a catastrophic failure in Iraq, you'll just have to live with it". Is he saying that he will accept Iran, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, any new Islamist monster in Iraq, other democratically elected terrorist regimes, etc, just the way they are? --and, we won't take military action against this huge new swamp of terrorism he'll have created? Our future?: wait for the Islamists to blow us up while our State Dept. begs for "cultural exchanges." Bush whines about the Iraqi gov. not doing anything: but, when will Bush do something agains the Islamists?

We have the military power to stop Islamic totalitarianism; let's use it. Soon! No more "Operation xxxx Freedom" crap!
